Liz talked me through market situation, property searching, bidding and buying, making me feel comfortable and secure that no hidden problems will arise. Liz is very knowledgeable on short sale and foreclosed property marketing procedures and she passes on that knowledge freely.  A final note to international customers. If you think that your home place is full of bureaucracy while this is the USA and everything is easy once you have the money in hand, you are in  for a surprise. Everything is complicated and will take much more time than you think. Simple procedures like opening bank accounts or even proving your home address are not what they seem. Bidding and counter bidding will feel like a bazaar and procedures are much more complicated involving different agents, lawyers, title companies and banks.

My plain advice is just ask Liz on whatever comes to mind until you are comfortable on all points
